RUN WRITE-UP
Bruised Willy set a start time of 3:45pm for his final Bangkok style trilogy, some 40 mins out along the Pala-U road. He advised there were three paper colours, that the early time was essential, and he’d meet us along the trail when all would be revealed. He took off down the road and everyone followed, and soon turned back when they realised there was no paper of any colour.
The front runners were met by BW near the entrance to the cave and it wasn’t yet 4pm, so the monks hadn’t turned on the lights. Then bling, all was revealed. Cavernous in parts and crawl height in others, the runners slowly made their way through the couple of hundred metres, complete with stalagmites and flittering bats

Back out in flat open country, with a few cows and occasional tall grass, it didn’t take long for Mudman to relieve himself. We were relieved he could wait until emerging from the cave.
Only when Slime was dutifully the last one back, did BW start the evening’s entertainment. Good to see some new faces including visitors from Pattaya H3, Herring Choker & Shy Tiger (anything but), and virgins, Scott & Gitt (clearly a marketer), newly arrived in Hua Hin. Airbus Faggot and Dead Parrot earned down downs as returnees and there were a few charges from the circle.
With Bruised Willy sponsoring the victuals, a large crew found their way to the diner where he fussed to ensure everyone was being well attended.

To celebrate our Halloween run and some very questionable, possibly disastrous, but ultimately daring haring decisions, the food at the On After is FREE to all who attend – beer, which is cheap, is on you 🙏

SPECIAL NOTE FROM THE HARES
We’ll be running out around the haunted (I’m told!) mountains with some surprises included.
Afterward, dinner will include a group meal option of the biggest pork ribs you’ve seen in Thailand, fried chicken cutlets, spaghetti with drunken chicken, chicken and beef ga pow, corn som tam and more for FREE – and ordering a la carte is totally okay too!
Also, beer is cheap and the place is definitely memorable 👍
