SPECIAL NOTE FROM THE HARE
It’s within 100m of Donga’s & Honeymoon’s trail last week, but this week’s trail is in a different area with no crossover. Checks will still be tough, but the difficulty will be dialed back just enough on the toughest check after the last Bangkok run – sorry 🙏🏻
SPECIAL ON AFTER NOTES
This is a new restaurant, and it’s not a cutesy Bangkok posh toff kid’s cafe on a fake farm, it’s an actual local-born farmer’s restaurant opened with his partners on his farm, one of many farms they have. They raise the venison on the menu at a farm in Pranburi, while the flowers on the table, and some vegetables and herbs come from the farm you’ll be eating at.
The chef hasn’t disappointed and puts in the work (e.g. the pork belly is marinated for two weeks in the fridge, then fried crispy outside and tender inside) – and we’ll stop there. Check the flyer for a group meal option (฿200), and have an affordable meal if you order your own. They explicitly built the menu so that their local friends and family could afford it, no hiso gouging nonsense.
NEED HELP GETTING THERE?
If you are looking for transport to/from the run site, please email Hash Pimp Rubber Duck or call (+66)0959596114 well in advance of the hash day, with location and contact details. A donation of a ฿50 per head is generally appropriate, but please consider number of passengers and distance in your math 🙂
