Yesterdays CAH3 Hash Run trail set by Onefer and Ballbanger for me was 4.4 km and took 55:11 min.
Elevation: Min 51 m, Max 85 m, Gain/Loss 68 m.
Slope: Assent 17.3%, Decent 18.9%
Apparently according to the hares, after getting back to the out trail having negotiated the stream trail we should have
gone right and followed trail along the base of the hill to a short cut opportunity across the dam back to the start.
The full trail went further towards the way we drove in to the start, before heading back to the start point.
